Tri-Cut Carry

The Tri-Cut Carry was a one-of-a-kind 9mm, commander-sized 1911 pistol, born from the creativity of one of Nighthawk Custom’s innovative gunsmiths during his successful application to the American Pistolsmith's Guild. Built around a bold tri-cut, angled design, this pistol featured unique cuts on the slide, frame, and grips that not only enhanced its futuristic appearance but also provided a thinner, more ergonomic feel in the hand for improved comfort.

To achieve the perfect balance of functionality and style, a pneumatic stippling device was used to hand stipple key areas such as the front strap, mainspring housing, bottom of the trigger guard, flattened trigger, slide stop, and magazine release, resulting in a cutting-edge look and enhanced grip.

The final touch on this distinct model was the gleaming polished barrel, which was visible through the two cuts near the front of the slide, offering both a visual highlight and a functional design feature.
