Nighthawk Custom Engraved 1911 - "The Dragons"

This one-of-a-kind pistol was a true masterpiece, crafted with a grey, carbonized surface that offered exceptional wear resistance. Drawing inspiration from the beloved world of A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones), this custom pistol featured an intricate and breathtaking engraving of two legendary dragons: Viserion and Rhaegal. The dragons were depicted in a stunning scene, extending across the entire surface of the gun, with the artwork running from the grips and along the slide.

The engraving, completed by renowned engraver and goldsmith Dieter Stuebler, was a breathtaking display of craftsmanship. Each dragon was intricately detailed with deep 3D relief engraving, enhanced by the addition of high-purity silver inlays in the grips. The claws of Viserion and Rhaegal were rendered in 24K gold, while their eyes were made of expertly carved rubies, each set within 24K gold to achieve a truly lifelike and captivating effect. The grips were sculpted from rich cocobolo wood, with silver inlays further enhancing their beauty.

Dieter Stuebler, trained by the prestigious Krieghoff Company, dedicated 290 hours to this exquisite engraving project, blending deep relief artistry with the fine traditions of Italian Butolini engraving. His name was engraved on the mainspring housing as a mark of his dedication and skill. This exceptional pistol was not just a firearm, but a work of art that paid homage to the dragons of Westeros and the finest traditions in craftsmanship.
