Alpha Hawk

The Alpha Hawk was engineered from the ground up to maximize the capability of a compact carry 1911—deliberately combining compensated shooting performance with enhanced concealment through a purpose-built design refined for real-world carry.

At its core is a 4.25" commander-length barrel featuring a precision-machined chunk port at the muzzle. Seamlessly integrated into the slide, the ported barrel reduces muzzle rise and felt recoil without adding bulk or length, preserving the clean profile and handling characteristics essential for a carry pistol.

The frame traces its origins to the ultra-exclusive 20th Anniversary pistol and features a magwell machined directly into the frame. Refined specifically for concealed carry, it is slightly more compact than a traditional 1911 frame to reduce printing while preserving control. Flat floor-plate magazines sit perfectly flush, improving reload efficiency without compromising concealment. Complementing the frame’s reduced dimensions, the beavertail and hammer are carefully contoured and scaled to suit the Alpha Hawk’s more compact geometry.

At the rear of the slide, the Alpha Hawk features interchangeable G10 RailScales slide serration inserts. Available in Black or FDE, these panels replace traditional machined serrations and allow the shooter to tailor the pistol’s appearance to their preference. The removable inserts can be easily swapped by removing the IOS optic plate and are designed to match proprietary RailScales grip panels, creating a cohesive texture that extends across the front and rear backstrap and forward slide serrations, providing clear tactile reference points for confident handling and precise slide manipulation.

Designed from the ground up for modern red-dot optics, the Alpha Hawk comes standard with Nighthawk Custom’s Interchangeable Optic System (IOS). Eliminating the front sight keeps the slide clean, uncluttered, and snag-free, preserving an unobstructed optic window that allows the shooter to remain fully target-focused.

Every contour of the Alpha Hawk is intentional. The front of the slide and integrated Recon Rail are carefully beveled and radiused to reduce snag hazards and support smooth, repeatable draws from concealment or outside-the-waistband holsters.

The Alpha Hawk ships with an optic plate compatible with RMR-footprint pistol optics.
