A good
magazine is a necessity in a
semiautomatic handgun, and our
magazines are some of the best
you will find. Once you try
them, and see the quality, you
will never settle for anything
less. Oftentimes when you are
having feeding problems with a
1911, it may be as simple as
just changing to a better
quality magazine. The tubes are
made from high quality stainless
steel and hardened so that they
will withstand years of heavy
use, and polished to ensure they
drop free easily. The follower
is a polymer/fiberglass
composite with a small raised
area in the rear that helps keep
the last round from trying to
strip too quickly and cause a
jam. Choose from two different
base pads. The standard pad is
.360 and is made from polymer,
or you can get a low profile
version with a steel pad.
