Our custom rifles are made
with the same attention to
detail as our 1911s. Every
effort has been made to provide
you with a rifle that you will
cherish for a lifetime and pass
on to the next generation of
hunters in your home.
The material used on our
action is 4140 chromoly. This
material is well known for its
use in applications requiring
strength and durability. All
machining is performed in the
heat treated state which reduces
material movement from stress
and enables closer tolerances.
Components are machined using
CNC turning centers including
wire EDM cuts for the raceways
to ensure accuracy and
consistency.
The last operation is to machine the opening helix on the bolt handle,
providing a cam action that works for you when opening and closing the bolt. The
recoil lug is pinned and machined from ground stock with a 3 degree taper to
ease removal from bedding. A side bolt release is standard. The fire control has
been engineered to give reduced bolt lift while ensuring good impact and lock
time to the primer.
We only use Jewell Precision
Triggers and Safeties since they
are the finest in the industry,
and are fully adjustable. They
are more expensive than the
rest, but when building this
kind of rifle, you don’t settle
for second best.
We use Broughton Barrels
which carry the 5c trademark.
The 5c signifies the barrel has
been stress relieved five times,
and incorporates canted land
rifling, which reduces bore
fouling. Each barrel is serial
numbered and hand lapped for 8
hours. When compared to
competitor's barrels of the same
length and number of grooves,
the 5c barrel delivers higher
velocities, as much as 100 fps.

Hunting rifle stocks are made
by Manners Composite and HS
Precision. Manners Composite
stocks are made from 35% carbon
fiber and 65% fiberglass, which
reduce weight and add strength.
HS Precision stocks come in a
wide variety of color
combinations and are well known
as being some of the best
hunting stocks in the industry.
The finish used on our rifles
is the same high quality Perma
Kote™ that we use on our 1911s.
Multiple camo patterns,
including digi-cam, are
available as an upgrade. All
metal parts, stock, scope,
rings, bases, etc. can be
finished to match.
We offer rifle and scope
combination packages using
Leupold or Nightforce. We offer
break-in and sighting services
should you desire.
